El presente artículo se basa en un estudio reciente de la CNMC (2025) que analiza la economía conductual al servicio de una regulación y supervisión más eficientes. La economía conductual, en la medida en que trata de describir el comportamiento individual de una forma realista, permite a las Administraciones públicas alcanzar sus objetivos de interés general de una manera más eficiente y eficaz. Para aprovechar al máximo su potencial, se realiza una serie de recomendaciones encaminadas a incorporar una perspectiva conductual de manera sistemática en las actuaciones de las Administraciones públicas, mediante la creación de las estructuras, las capacidades, los procedimientos y los instrumentos necesarios.
