Resumen

El presente artículo examina los fundamentos de un endeudamiento viable para un crecimiento sostenible. Se argumenta que la deuda sigue siendo un instrumento esencial para alcanzar los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) y que, en caso de reestructuración, la coordinación entre acreedores constituye una condición necesaria para un tratamiento eficaz de los créditos bilaterales, que garantice el retorno a la sostenibilidad de la deuda. Dicha coordinación se ha ampliado recientemente a nuevos acreedores emergentes y debe continuar tanto entre los acreedores como con los deudores.
