La gobernanza inteligente de las metrópolis y la participación ciudadana

Resumen

La participación ciudadana y el uso de las nuevas tecnologías impulsan la mejora en la calidad y trasparencia de los gobiernos de las ciudades. En primer lugar, el trabajo se centra en analizar las ventajas e inconvenientes que ofrece la participación ciudadana en el contexto de las metrópolis inteligentes. En segundo lugar, se proporciona un modelo integrador de la tecnología y la participación ciudadana en la gobernanza inteligente de las ciudades que facilita la medición, el seguimiento y el desarrollo de sistemas de gobernanza inteligentes y participativos.
