El cuadro de mandos de la política macroprudencial

Resumen

Este artículo agrupa las herramientas macroprudenciales en dos bloques —herramientas de capital y orientadas a prestatarios— y analiza las condiciones para su uso, así como los riesgos de desbordamiento o elusión. Asimismo, se evalúan las lecciones de la crisis del COVID-19 en términos macroprudenciales, y en cómo esta política podría mitigar en el futuro los efectos de crisis similares.
