Resumen

Este artículo tiene como objetivo presentar los aspectos más destacados de la novedosa regulación europea en relación con los servicios intermediarios digitales, en particular su régimen de responsabilidades, la moderación de contenidos online, las obligaciones de diligencia debida en función del tipo y dimensión del servicio y la supervisión por parte de las autoridades competentes nacionales y europeas. Asimismo, se realiza un recorrido por el proceso de desarrollo normativo en curso en las diferentes instituciones europeas involucradas.
