Resumen

Este artículo estudia las implicaciones de la aplicación de la regla del consenso para la toma de decisiones en la Organización Mundial del Comercio. Compara esta regla con las de otras instituciones internacionales, y analiza los problemas que genera este mecanismo de toma de decisiones. Explora, por último, posibles soluciones para evitar un bloqueo permanente de la OMC.
