Metrópolis y sostenibilidad. La perspectiva del Green Deal y la misión europea de ciudades climáticamente neutras

Resumen

En este artículo se describe el enfoque de misiones como una oportunidad para abordar los principales retos sociales, ecológicos y económicos de nuestra sociedad desde una perspectiva sistémica. A través de varios casos, se muestra cómo este enfoque se está trasladando a planes impulsados por la Unión Europea como el Pacto Verde y la Misión de ciudades climáticamente neutras. Además, se ilustra con el caso práctico de la ciudad de Madrid, que pone de manifiesto la necesidad de la colaboración multiactor como ingrediente fundamental del enfoque de misiones.
